Terms of Service

Scope. Every project starts with a written brief agreed on WhatsApp. Work outside that brief is quoted separately.

Payment. Projects are priced in USD and normally split 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Payment methods include international transfer, InstaPay and Vodafone Cash.

Revisions. Each stage includes two rounds of revisions. Further rounds are billed at the agreed hourly rate.

Ownership. Full ownership of the final approved files transfers to you once the invoice is settled. The studio keeps the right to show the work in its portfolio unless you ask otherwise.
